Do not use this company!! They rip you off I have had a cooker from them I pay over the odds for as it is let alone the cover I pay on top and less than 9 months of having this product the element broke in the main oven I have been trying to get someone to come and fix my cooker now for 10 days and currently getting no where fast!! The breach their terms and conditions and when you pay extra for the cover in case of such problems you expect a service so far I have seen none. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have 4 young children also do they care do they f***

this company  are no longer accepting people on benefits. Because they do not want you to have a social fund loan. once you have a social fund loan you are automatically barred from using this company.

So if you are on benefits you should get a  social fund loan first  its interest free. But once you do you can then no longer be accepted for new products. ( their products are a rip off anyway)
In other words they want you to go into debt with them first rather than the government
Whats funny is the people they once preyed upon and kept them in business cannot  be accepted anymore. That will mean one thing liquidation.

so if your on benefits and have had a social fund load save your time you can not be accepted

Was told I can't have anything off them because of my direct debit. The stupid sales women wanted me to cancel all my direct debit before I Could have the item. that would mean canceling  my rent, car insurance, Internet ect. Who would do that? I have no idea how this company has any customers. Just stupid!!
