Absolutely wonderful find. Cocktails were beautiful, food was incredible, atmosphere and decor great and staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended if you are in Liverpool to give this place a go.
Had a long wait for the food, but the place was packed. When the food did arrive it was well made, portioned and presented. Thoroughly enjoyed. Interesting decor.
Food was tasteless. Three out of four meals were utter garbage. The chicken wings were "heated" for 15 seconds maximum, and the meat was squishy and tasteless.
Almost felt like I was back home in the states. The food was good. Was not loud. That was one of the reasons we picked this place. Walking outside down the street the other places were loud. We just wanted some food after a long day.
Has gone down hill slightly, slightly better version of eds diner now whereas use to be quite interesting. Good atmoshphere however and food and drink is still well cooked menu has gone basic and needs some revamping and staff need to be changed around as got ignored for quite some time waiting for the bill
Negative: slow service clearly not enough waiters/waitresses , poor beer selection Positive: good burgers really hungry? Try the "dirty burger" and good dessert & milkshakes
Great smokehouse! Took me some time to realise it's now called Patterson's BAR.
A beautiful meal. Not where we'd planned on going but our booking at another restaurant had fallen through, through no fault of our own. Went to Smokehouse instead, having viewed their menu the previous evening. The food was top quality, made fresh in an open kitchen so everything could be seen, which made the atmosphere brilliant. A real array of drinks available and reasonably priced for the quality of the food. Very friendly and attentive staff. The only regret is both being too full for desserts, because they looked lush! I would definitely visit again on a return trip to Liverpool. Many thanks!
Staff where friendly. Was nice and busy which is what you want to see when eating. Started with a few starters an sides absolutely beautiful. Then had a burger which looked nice but rather than a char it was burnt an tough. Wife had a philly steak which was unfortunately full of fatty pieces but the cheese covering the fat. Would go again but to have a bigger selection of starters instead of a main
We've been going to this restaurant every month or so since it opened, usually at lunchtime. Our previous experience was of good food & great music. We visited last Tuesday and I had the Chicken Wings. The chicken was undercooked, the texture was soft by the bone. I felt sick. Rather than admit her mistake the chef blamed the marinade! It was a basic food handling error and we received only a grudging apology, it will be a while before we return.
