Great experience, done it with my partner and 8.5 month old and we loved it! I didn't think it would be buggy friendly but staff went out of there way to look after us and make us feel part of the tour. All the staff were so friendly and nice I couldn't recommend the tour enough! If I could give it 11/10 I would! It's well worth the money
We were due to do the butlers tour a few weeks ago but out little one was very I'll so we couldn't go. Butlers were so kind to accommodate us and help us re arrange our visit. We paid a small bit extra for the Santa experience and didn't regret it. The experience is well planned out to a pint. Where I noticed my 5 year old wasn't bored. The tour started off with a ten minute movie with a chocolate treat then into the factory tour that took about 10/15 min. We then went to the chocolate museum which had interactive features for kids where the kids also got to fill out a letter for Santa. After this we then went into paint our chocolate santy each which you get to bring home and we we were given some hot chocolate and a chocolate sweet which was great fun .. then off we went into see Santa. No need to purchase a pic the elf was in hand to take pics off your phone. It didn't feel rushed at all. The staff were amazing our little one was delighted with herself !! Such a nice treat
Very kind and attentive staff that accommodated us even though we were a bit late. Enthusiastic tour guide and a nice little interactive experience at the end - overall, great value for money!
Called in today to try just a coffee with my 3 year old son. Decided to just ask about the tour while there, ended up jumping onto the 10am tour, staff couldn't have been nicer. My son loved it, I did too. Great way to spend a morning.
I booked this for our teams end of year teambuilding event group of 23 and it deserves 5 stars. The booking process was really straight forward and I dealt with Emma who was lovely and very helpful! The tour itself had a lot to offer. There was a really nice area to walk around that shared a lot of information and it even had some fun interactive screens. There was also a movie room where we learned about the history of butlers while sampling some chocolate. Then we were brought through to see the staff at work and it was really interesting to see how everything is made. Our tour guide for this section was really engaging I'm so sorry I can't think of his name. Then to finish Louise gave a fun demonstration on tempering chocolate and creating novelty chocolates. We got our own chocolate elephant and could decorate it it and gift wrap it to take home. The team really enjoyed the event and I would recommend it for corporate groups or for families. Thanks to all the lovely staff for a great experience :
Really enjoyed the Butlers Chocolate experience, brought two kids and a teenager and everyone enjoyed it. I loved the factory tour, found it very interesting walking over the walkways of the factory floor to see the makings of all my favorite chocolates. The Butlers staff are very hard working. Our tour guide Sarah made the tour come to life. My kids highlight was all the different chocolates we got to taste a long the different parts of the tour and the chocolate decorating at the end.
Brought my 3 boys to the Easter Chocolate Factory experience today, thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and Louise, Tadgh + Greg were just wonderful with my kids, highly recommend! Thank you!
We visit Butler coffee very often since few years and found great coffee but today we just visited Butler coffee at Swords pavilion shopping centre and noticed that recently they changes their cup to a glass for latte which is really not comfortable for drink as it’s hot . I dnt really understand why they changed this cup to glass as it’s not fancy even. When I asked a staff member that please can you give me normal cup as I am not comfortable with it , the staff member replies this is the usual for latte abut I said I thing this changes has been place recently ?? Staff member make no comment. We will not come back back to butler anymore if this not changes . Hope higher management will revert this changes to nice cup. Thank you
I went with my friends for fun. We learnt a history of butlers chocolate, got a couple of chocolates and fudges while watching all the process of making chocolates. It was pretty impressive to watch them making chocolates! You get to decorate on elephant chocolate in the end with drinking hotchocolate. It costs only €12.85 online . Highly recommend.
Brilliant experience for both adults & children - Jack was an excellent guide & amazing chocolatier!
