Great roadside cafe which is a cheaper and better alternative to Wild Bean Cafes and Little Chefs! Fast service, good food and ample parking for HGVs and cars make this a worthwhile stopping place for a bite to eat or simply a break from driving and a coffee. Next to a filling station too if you need to fill up. Highly recommended.

A nice surprise stop on the way home. Food was cheap and not bad at all. We had full English breakfasts and scoffed the lot. Its the most unusual greasy spoon I have ever been in. Half grease spoon and half eclectic nik nak store with some very unique items on offer.  Well worth stopping in rather than the muck you have on offer at services or petrol stations

Best Cafe on the A1 by far, great friendly staff and it's  also like an Aladdins cave with all the retro bargains for sale.  Highly Recommend  A+++++

Stopped here on way back from Leeds to London. Food was very good and so cheap compared to London. Also the furniture and design style inside is excellent.
