Wish I could leave more stars for the drivers as they were all really nice and very helpful with luggage and helping us with questions about the area BUT the lady on the switch can be very rude. We wanted a taxi from manorafon farm park and when we rang we were told their taxis don't pick up from there even though they had dropped us off and picked us up from there two days before and dropped us at gwrych castle a few hours before, she was quite unhappy when I pointed this out. Also if they have no taxis available she just says none available and hangs up before you can ask how long the wait would be. For me she really let's the business down .
Terrible. Booked taxi in advance for 2:15. Finally got a message at 2:50 to say on it's way, made us late for a memorial service. Had to ask neighbour to take us. Phone wasn't being answered.
Called these for the first time last week and was more than impressed on time, helped load my shopping, friendly, lovely to have a female driver, I have and would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be booking again in the near future. Extremely approachable drivers, professional yet at the same time haven't giggled so much in ages, thank you Busy Bee's..
Pre-booked a taxi, did they turn up? Like hell they did. Said there were "no people working at this time", i mean that's fair enough but why list yourself as a 24hr taxi service and take my pre-booking in the first place? Should've listened to the reviews, so so bad. Had to get to work, tosspots.
No taxi service to ty gwnn caravan park told abrubtly they don't cover that far when tried to book to travel to pensarn
Clean car's, friendly people, computerised dispatch system with tracking, drivers are all police checked... Excellent service...
Witnessed sadistic driver deliberately drive over a baby gull in rhyl. Shouldn't be responsible for any living thing.
Disappointed we have to give 1 star. They don't deserve it. Very bad unreliable service. Have been customers for 4 years but now have let us down badly. Left 2 war veterans, one with one leg, stranded because wouldn't wait 2 minutes for us to get outside. Very disappointed and now will never recommend or use again.
Terrible service if your looking for a taxi after 9pm forget about it and I've rang the number numerous occasions
