Only 1 star not hated by myself, the taxi as always wasn't for me but a customer.Around where I live 9pm and onwards not just here but no taxi numbers pick up when short journey's make more money real quick if you can be bothered/"nothing available"so I ask myself and many others why do they pick up if at those times yo rang local for a taxi to a city airport they'd be right on their way soon as ‍
Amazing service!! Will kept me informed throughout the night that he may be a tiny bit late but then contacted again that he would be on time. Then he phoned when he was outside. Communication and chat on the way home was brilliant. Thanks Will.
Would like to say a massive thank you to Will and his team at Ace taxis for the outstanding service he has provided me and my family all week . For the first day of our holiday I struggled with the 2 largest taxi providers who either had hour long waits or just let there phones ring out with no answer . Thankfully I got through to Ace taxis . Nothing about them is hard work and they went above and beyond even doing 2 round trips some days when more of us went out into Rhyl from towyn . Good friendly chat and banter and lovely clean cars to keep in line with the Covid rules . Great team , great firm and great customer service with a laugh and smile

got a taxi today from hospital to rhyl station totally awesome firm first the lady on the phone, didn't catch her name was very friendly and happy to help i rang up and changed my booking she's was very accommodating without been rude witch is what normally happens the taxi driver was great too working hard not sat feeling sorry for him self is great after all we only get one life use it wisley keep cuddling along matey wishing you all the best for your future! really happy with the service I've received beats any other firm in that area for a GREAT price 5* from me keep up the good work guys
