The travel centre staff were very helpful. Recent changes to a number of services made things much less convenient for me, and drivers did not help. One service ran 10 mins late very common, I missed my connection and had a 45 mins wait. Overall I wasn't impressed.

Glenrothes Bus Station...its well signposted..easy to find your bus ...You can walk to the Kingdom Shopping Centre from the bus station takes about 2mins ..there is a information desk..a small shop that sells papers juice sweets etc..a flower shop ..an alteration shop..another shop that's sells bits and bobs and a very nice cafe and waiting room all within the bus station itself..Also public toilets make sure you have 30p ..lol..or take a walk into the center where the toilets are free ..
Is a bus station, its functional but dated. I do not personally find it a pleading place to wait for a bus. The seating is inadequate at best, toilets are paid entry but free wc's are available in the Kingdom Centre
They are a value for money service. I don't or can't use a bus but I hear good reports. I believe it's well run.
Shocking service. Buses are constantly late, or leave up to five minutes early. The staff treat you like dirt. Absolutely disgraceful
Always go to Glenrothes bus station to catch buses to lots of places around Scotland and its very easy to get to.
Shocking! Buses are never on time always late. Sometimes upto 20 minutes and some don't even turn up.
