Average bus station with amazing staff! It is what you expect from a bus station in the UK but there is a comfortable and heated waiting area. The best part about this bus station was the staff! They were very helpful and friendly when we inquired about the bus times and helped us through the limited winter timetable. They even advised us to book tickets online to save money! Ignore the bad reviews, they must temper their expectations about this bus station.
