We need More Disabled seating. The X37 is one bus per hour, from Glasgow to Falkirk with only 1disabled seating space, I regularly have to go back home as there is someone else sitting in that space, not much good if I'm going to meet up with others.
Almost 18 months of use after moving. Buses are unreliable, dirty, staff often rude, prices sky-high and continue to rise. Worse is the time table, you are trapped without a car as buses stop at 10pm. First Group Plc desperately need competition, they are terrible and not fit for purpose.
Very useful company and really good buses, great for travel in between glasgow and midlands
I sometimes get the X24 13.06 service from Corstorphine to Pumpherston and more frequently than not it just hasn't turned up. Today I stood at the bus stop for over half an hour and two buses didn't turn up. Sick of waiting I ended up getting another bus but am going to have a 45 min walk when I get off. A journey that was supposed to take 1 hour is going to end up taking over 2 hours. Most unreliable bus service I have ever seen!! Have finally learnt my lesson and will be getting the train from now on.
My daughter and grandaughter have stood at highland dykes for over an hour awaiting the number 8 - 7.49 am bus to get this child to school ... where is it????? Other people are complaining as they will also now be late for work. This is ridiculous this child goes to school outwith the area and depends on this bus run so not happy with this service
I first met Eddie about 2 years ago. I boarded his bus and he knew instantly where I was going cos I had been on his bus a few days earlier! What a memory - he made me feel special instead of just another passenger. On the no. 1 tonight 20.41 from Gala Bingo to Maddiston and he still remembers me! What a legend and a real gentleman!!!! i
Drivers either need to start listening to where passengers want to get off when they are purchasing tickets. A ticket that cost me £2.90 going and £3.50 coming back . There is something wrong there. Got on at stop going and got off at one across road coming back . Same as when i returned got bus from across road from where i got off. Asked driver why the price difference he mentioned something about two stops in Allandale once i told him the price going he said he didn’t know why the difference in price. No wonder people don’t use there service a disgrace
Absolutely disgusting bus service been waiting for the 4.59 always the same with this service x38 only bus to Edinburgh, buses come from the scrap yard they're not water tight when it rains full of rust smell of damp no heating first bus service is a joke worst bus company in Scotland...
SERVICE 52 ALLOA- STIRLING Utterly non existent & unreliable bus "service". Utter disgrace public stranded on daily basis trying to get to work etc
They get 1 star because it is impossible to give 0. Worst bus company going, I can't stress enough how terrible their services are.
