We visit here every few weeks and think it is lovely. Good food and drink in a lovely pub dinning area. There are several different eating environments in the venue.

Large parking area available and the children’s playground is lovely for the kids to enjoy. However do look after your children well as there are other children who may bump into each other aggressively. Food was average, all three meals were excessive on the sauce, could barely finish it, just wanted to gulp down water and leave. Service was excellent, no complaints there. Overall environment was kept well and clean to a good standard. The place can get busy, so make sure you arrive earlier.

Nice place but unfortunately the food was not up to scratch. Three of us had different meals. All three meals were awful. We left leaving full plates. Must be a different chef as I was there a couple of years ago and it was lovely. I'm afraid I won't be going again.

We went for afternoon tea with prosecco with 11 of us. We found some of the staff extremely rude and arrogant. The afternoon tea had spicy sandwiches, which a lot of us could not eat. I only got half a glass of prosseco and we was not allowed a cup of tea or coffee with it. It cost us £10 each. The bar drinks were expensive too. We will never go again. Waste of money completely. never going there again

A lovely family run hotel with great food, a place to hire out for that special day, or enjoy a saturday party night or a lovely carvery... the facilities in spa and leisure are amazing so are the treatments! Xxx
