Always great food, great staff, my go to Chinese for many years...highly recommend..
Waited 2 hours and then given the wrong order!!!!! When we asked to keep the noodles and curry sauce to eat cos we were starving but to be sent extras to go with the meals we were ordered for free, it didnt happen! Good job they aren't in a busy town or city, they wouldn't stop open for a week. Shocking!!!
We have used this take away for some years now but tonight’s experience was not great, girl on telephone was pre occupied with a conversation going on in the shop and just hung up on me after she had taken my order, no confirmation or thank you, then the order arrived wrong and to be fair the meat was far from nice, tough beef in both meals most of mine went in the bin, will think again when placing an order.
Only gave it one star because I can't give it none. Rubbish phone service, lengthy delivery times and then it's not right. Gave it another go as the food was nice, and it's happened again. I phoned to complain and they just argued with each other at the other end of the phone, he basically called me a liar and told the poor young girl on the phone to 'tell her what you want' Poor, poor service! Best avoided.
love their curry here... I made a mistake ordering spring rolls as only 1 came and was swimming in fat, buts going to be as its in the fat longer..the service on thephone is bad as only bits of kida answering and they don't pay attention off your address ..they've got it wrong so many times
Wow terrible customer service ! Waited over an hr for food for chips to be missing. Contacted them to see if they would send them and was accused not ordering them and of trying to obtain some free chips !! Really ??!! Disgusting customer service. Pity they have forgotten without customers they'd have no business.....
Mixed orders up but buy time get it your too hungry to care can not get it to you when they say just pick up is your only option and if am picking food up ill got to trawler chinesse in hemsworth which is just better
Just ordered a chicken curry and fried rice , and mushrooms , absolutely delicious , the best Chinese takeaway in Elmsall , by far ,
2 hour long wait just for awful tasting food, not recommended!
Best Chinese take away in the area by far, always good food but it can get busy best to collect.
