Burnett & Reid were our solicitors for the purchase of our new Banchory home in October 2016 and provided a comprehensive service throughout.  Our solicitor,  Nicola Jamieson, was very helpful during the transaction and we will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Initially our experience was fine but when renegotiating our lease they neglected to send out an updated contract outlining our new agreement and tried to hold us to the original contract when we moved out. During email conversations the agent dealing with us disappeared on holiday for a week without informing us and nobody else in the leasing department was able to assist in their absence. The experience perpetuates the negative feeling many people have towards estate agents so I would recommend using a different company. There are many to choose from in Aberdeen.
