To date, the best money I have spent on my kids! My eldest has been karate training at BMA for nearly five years, and my youngest for over two years. As well as learning karate, BMA has given them confidence, kept them fit, taught them respect and discipline, and has bought joy to their lives. Sensei Sara is an inspiring teacher and role model. She, and the other Senseis, are excellent. Would highly recommend.
The best decision I made as a mum. My daughter leaves feeling positive, motivated, and included, not once or twice, but every session, sports can often be overcompetative, but she loves to train,. I love knowing that she can instinctively look after herself, and is aware of how to keep herself safe. I cannot praise the care and respect she is shown by all the lovely team enough. Amazing x
When I moved to North Wales last summer and joined BMA, everything changed for me. Having done martial arts for a year before that in the city I knew the sports is great for me. However, the feeling I had in my previous school was nothing compared to what I found with BMA. I received a very warm welcome and felt super comfortable and looked after from the moment I messaged them and received a prompt reply from Karen. Everyone is incredibly friendly and warm-hearted and everyone supports each other. Students of all levels train together and the senseis care so much about every single individual that they know how exactly how to get the best out of you. The sessions are a great mix of fun and discipline and you definitely feel what you’ve done for your body and mind after them. : Joining BMA was the best decision ever and I cannot imagine a life without my Tuesday and Thursday kickboxing sessions.

I have been training here for a few years now, its a great place to learn an train with really friendly and knowledgeable instructors - and a great sense of community!
Awesome place to train. Great atmosphere and phenomenal Senseis. Would highly recommend for anyone of any age looking to try something new.
