Burger king the best burgers in the industry. Free refills available at this burger king, so much better. Fast and friendly service, nice views on a sunny day. Don't forget to use the BK app and get some good deals and discounts.
Customer service amazing, drinks machine was warm and undrinkable, no ice in machine, second machine was off. Toilets was not up to par. Customer service was great so if you want good food, bad tasting drinks but excellent customer service then here's the place to be. My 3 stars was just for the customer service and food only. Will have higher rating once drinks and toilet facilities are back up to par. Don't get rid of these staff as they do an amazing job with what they got.
Less than impressed with the service provided here no sauce given with the chicken fries when I asked about it the response was that they had forgotten to order the twisted mayo. I proceeded to make myself a drink and there was nothing in the machine unless you wanted a drink that I have never heard of before and coke no added sugar which is unacceptable if you cant replenish your stock then shut down and stop serving mediocre meals. The staff were messing around in the kitchen while 1 person actually worked cleaning the tables and mopping the floor.
Food was OK part from no ice cream or milkshake was really hot inside none of the doors was open to even let air in. Only one of the drink machines was working so had to wait twice a long to get your own drink. Ladies toilet smelled really bad with no loo roll found some by the sink. Restaurant it's self was very clean only one member of staff actually smiled all the rested look very unhappy. Could understand was very hot day and was a bit unbelievable to sit in a eat are food so wouldn't like to think what it was like to be working they that day.
First off, I'm not going to lie, but this place looks very promising. The building itself, next to the beach is the perfect setting! Although, the food is on the other end of the scale. I had to keep going up and down, asking the staff for napkins or sauce sachets because every time they'd give me about 3 for the family I brought with me. The burgers and chips I bought were good, but the coke just tasted like fizzy water, probably sitting in the cup for a while.
Very convenient location and car park on the seafront. Called in 7pm on a very busy fireworks night, but staff were cheery and welcoming. Not long to wait for my order, so I've got to say we'll done.
I was quite disappointed - the staff was apathetic and while the food was fine you know what you're getting I was disappointed with the general atmosphere there as the customers were the sort of people who will wander in front of your moving car without looking, and then give you the eyes as though you had no right to be there. Kids throwing things around in the restaurant completely unchecked... Basically you can do better than here.
Food was greasy and tasted like it was sat there for hours. Service was terrible and slow. The tables were full of food and the floor was soaking wet with just a wet floor sign plonked on top. While waiting over 15 minutes for our fast food we witnessed members of staff throwing cheese slices at eachother instead of making food. Really disappointed because usually burger king is great.
Went here after the cinema. The place was freezing cold and people were huddled in their coats. I saw at least three people complaining that their order was wrong. It was a total shambles there. Our order was right but no salt sauce or milk for coffee. By the time I managed to get salt our chips were cold. The burgers were quite nice so at least one thing right. We wanted ice cream but after waiting about ten minutes in the queue we were told there was none left. The place was too cold and the staff were incompetent. They need far more training. We will stick to Macdonalds.
Visited a few days ago to take home for the England match Fries overcooked and not fresh. Obviously been given some old ones, as not eating in. Burger so so. Dissapointed as was looking forward to a good brunch. ++++++++++++ Went back a few days later to see if same, but was so much better. Hot food and fresh. Very tasty. Hope they just had 1 off day
