Went to burger king knotty ash Liverpool. First I asked staff is there any offers on meals she said no offers at all.i said there is online iv seen it,anyway staff not helpful.i found offer on my phone to another staff paid for it,got chicken royal deals,then asked for cheesy bites I was told 3-4 or 6 I said how much is each he said I don't know,haha that was perfect staff doesn't no prices an the glass an menu so dirty an so small prices on menu that was not possible for me to read anyway bought 6. Got the meals with drinks staff said av seat I'll bring u the other chicken burger so for two people I got one chicken burger 2 chips 2 drinks,the chips was stone cold an dry from hours ago,we finished the burger cheesy dips etc an the other burger got to us about after 7-8 minutes while we finished one meal.this resturant is a joke,I don't think we try knotty ash burger king anymore.stick to macdonalds up the road.management is zero who ever the manager is!!!

"Bacon King" their cheese and bacon burger was positively gross! No mayo or ketchup, as shown in the picture, instead the dry, grey patties tasted of gas, with miserly pieces of limp bacon not visible until you lift the lid. "8 pieces of bacon" they proudly show overflowing out the burger in the picture is a complete lie! 8 pieces yes but one of those was the size of the nail on my pinkie finger! The largest piece was 3 x 1 inch and all so thin you could see through them! There were precisely 11 chips in my portion (including those pin size pieces), no chillie sauce of any type is available at any branch anymore, they told us it's off the menu (but Burger King still advertisers it in some dishes). The icecream machine was broken, so no milkshakes and no apology. Gross misrepresentation of their products!!

only 1 person serving so a queque of customers.then 3 people who were behind me were served before me and they had the same burger ld ordered l left waiting for 15 mins so l got my money back and a quiet apology. not good enough would have given them no stars only had to give them one to rate.

So cold in there, tables and floors were dirty. Food was cold and given wrong order. Always preferred Burger King to mcdonald's, but at least you get the same consistency at every mcdonald's. It's also gone quite expensive, not sure if it's a franchise thing, but 15-16 quid for 2 burgers, reg fries and 2 cokes is scandalous.

Worst Burger King I've ever experienced. 25 minute queue at the drive in for a total of 4 cars. Get my burger only to find the bun burnt and rock hard. Please avoid for your own sanity!
