Went through the drive through and received disgusting customer service off a young girl called Faye I believe? First of all, she failed to mention the lack of drinks choice to us before we ordered, which left us confused and had to mention to her to get a choice of drinks available, secondly, when we arrived at the window to pay, the girl was leaning on the window ledge like she didn’t have a care in the world, her tone of voice was making a clear point that she didn’t want to be there and the fact that she slammed the window on us without saying how long the food would be, annoyed me further! We got our items, and everything was fine, until we got handed our Oreo milkshake which was half full and not even blended! we asked for it to be topped up to which we were very rudely told that it has to be filled to the line and there was ‘nout’ she could do! If this is the level of service your staff are providing, I will no longer be providing my money to you, will not be coming back here. Absolutely appalling.

Staff not very friendly. Seem quite miserable. Food pretty much as you would expect, no real complaints with that although I do think it's overpriced for what you get.

Took ages to be served at drive through. Not provided with extras ordered. Ordered milkshakes - machine not working - tried to stiff me for the extra paid for the milkshakes.

The place was ok nice and tidy not too many ppl in. However the customer service was disgusting and I will NOT be returning that's for sure. Manners cost nothing so being spoken to in a really horrible manner is not good customer service in fact it's not really any service. I did have vouchers and on the back it had scissors with little lines instructing me to cut it, so I did before getting served to be told you can't use this you have cut it!! I knew the lady had just watched me rip it in front of her so after "No I need the whole ticket I presented her with the rest of ticket to be told you can't use that I need full ticket in a harsh manner with a fed up with me face. I said it is the whole ticket and after checking with manager I got a "WHAT DO YOU WANT" how rude I was not impressed at all. Food is nice but really small burgers so glad I didn't pay full price.

First time I have been to Burgerking problem with the electric so cash only and some of the drinks were not available the burger was not nice so will not go back sorry
