Absolutely my favourite fast food takeaway, sad to see it so forgotten by its HR as its clear to see its stuck with unfinished soft play areas that would have been a huge niche to have against there competitors. Great taste and really good value for money. The staff are really warm friendly and polite. Always will keep going back.
Food was ok and the service was quick. Have to say though the place was quiet so I'd expect the service to be quick. As for nearly £19 for two meals n chilli bites? Found that to be expensive when it's a fast food joint with fast food qualities?
Terrible service 4 people on back talking to each other having a laff no customer contact as such usually like a burger King this time hated it waited 15 mins to be served and told. Were busy when no other customers in shop
AVOID THIS PLACE, IN FACT, SHUT IT DOWN. Food cold.. and, i mean cold, not lukewarm, actually cold. Nobody inside the restaurant should have been a BIG giveaway. Same as my last visit, but i thought i would give them another shot... BIG MISTAKE Staff look like they have given up on life. Order was also messed up, even though i was only person there, not like it was busy. If you get good service, hot food, or a smile from this place, they must be running a trial, because none of that has existed my last 2 visits.
I'd definately award this specific restaurant as the WORST BURGER KING IN SCOTLAND. StoneCold food.. missing items.. some of the staff are great.. but some look like they need some kind of help, apparently smiles evade them. I got so sick of complaining about the poor quality and mistakes, that I wont ever use this place again. I mean, they aint exactly cheap!!! Add to that, the fact they are open or closed whenever they feel like it, probably because the place looks and feels abandoned because people are probably sick of how bad this place is. Whoever owns this deserves for it to be closed down, as they clearly invest nothing into it.
Zero wait at drive through, tea served with a smile. Then noticed I could have a free cheeseburger if I signed up to the new rewards account! So parked in the car park, signed up, ordered my cheese burger, went into the bathroom which was very clean and my burger was ready before I came out!
Excellent vegan options. Sometimes it takes awhile to get at the drive thru, but it's worth it.Food: 5/5
I bought 2 large double whoopers drive thru , when I got home 5 minutes drive the Fanta and coke were absolutely flat warm and horrible , no paper napkins , it cost me over £20 I am not a happy customer , surely you must have a pre service quality control in place , with a big brand name you really should do better and treat your customers fairly
Went here for a burger and got a bacon double chease XL meal !!!. Wife had whopper meal ! Full for ages after!!!! Unlike some other fast food outlets !!!!. Would recommend!!!.
Stopped off for a meal before heading home, staff were friendly and helpful and food was served promptly. Parking: Ample parking Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs very accessible
