Always feel like we get value for money, my husband’s favourite is the whopper meal, chips are always fresh and not too salty. Service with a smile from Josh, so polite nothing was too much trouble. Even when asking Tara for extra sauces it wasn’t a problem at all. Kid-friendliness: Super friendly staff. Parking: Parking is good, even have an overspill carpark nearby.
Got a takeaway from here last Friday 3/03/2023 pm. Well I didn’t , my friends did and paid for mine too ! big whopper & fries etc We got all the way back to Widnes and began to share it all out … I was gutted. No double whopper or my fries either. It was definitely paid for but I don’t have the receipt now … over £50 …. Anyhoo. My point is Please please everyone, CHECK your order before driving away home It was probably/hopefully a genuine mistake on their part cos we always go there best burgers by far it was busy as usual Just a little disappointed Shoulda checked Genuine review
Food took forever to arrive, got the order wrong 3 times, as a burger establishment, running out of burgers is embarrassing. Coke watered down. Lots of staff swearing while people eating in. Would not recommend going.Food: 3/5
Wow ! 20 minutes wait for a double burger with a whopper, loaded fries and kids nuggets where there was 6 staff behind counter ! That is a joke ! My burger sat on front counter for 10 minutes and they guy still tried to tell me it’ll be hot ! The worst Burger King I’ve ever experienced… will not recommend !
Popped in to grab some scran I was greated by a a very nice and pleasant guy so welcoming and the customer service he provided was the best I've received in a while my friend wouldn't shut up about how hot he was yes she is crazy but right hahah he is to good for this store we had a nice chat while i was waiting for our food I was surprised to find out he builds motorcycles can't understand why he is there so much potential someone give this guy a job where he will be appreciated the lovely guys name is Ian so if you go try and get him to serve you
Ordered through the app ... notified them I was 5 mins away however got there only to be told they hadn't processed the order yet and would be 10 mins OK fine as they was busy however after 15 mins walked into the restaurant onkh to find they hadn't actually printed my order off and I wasn't the only one in there. Food was as good as ever that why it was 5 stars however service was abysmal no leadership no one taking control.. chefs doing their job however no one was pri ting tickets off for the orders hence why a backlog of food
Staff very friendly and polite, the restaurant was very clean, food was great you will be full up, their burgers are huge. And we'll cooked.Food: 5/5
As usual it's busy but while I was waiting for my food I saw one lad run round everywhere he was serving customer's then running food out side and then cleaning the tables making the place look presentable for paying customer's the back to serve while outher staff just stood round I got a look at his name I think it's ian what a very welcoming guy polite my son has autism and he was great taking his order he knew how to treat him like a person and not someone with a disability plus even tho he is covered in tattoos he was the best at his job a credit to the store
Used the drive through today and for the second time using this Burger King I’ve had to park up to wait for my order and even then I waited 20 minutes! Absolute joke don’t recommend using this for quickness at all
Would have given 5*but went through drive thru sent to park took to better view to eat no salt or sauce or napkin in bag burger and chips were lovely staff friendlyFood: 5/5
