One star for the friendly staff and one star for the app, it’s so convenient that you can just place an older on line and pick up the food to avoid waiting for a long time. Unfortunately, the burger I had was not tasty at all, very dry, not much taste, I have to say I haven’t had such a bad burger for a long time, even my homemade burger taste so much better than this. Very disappointing!
15 minutes to get a burger and I had to ask multiple times. No one was waiting and over 7 staff at the front. Don’t seem to know how to run it as well as other fast food chains unfortunately. Would not be my top recommendation for sure.Recommended dishesBurger, Bacon Double
Me and the kids ate here 1st time in a long time. My double bacon cheeseburger was the size of a kids burger. Nothing like the picture. Quite dry. Chips were niceFood: 1/5
Waited over 30 minutes for our order. It was a Sunday 2pm and it was busy. But they had a huge queue of people waiting for their orders and one person fulfilling the orders. The staff were doing their best but the set up is really poor to deal with large numbers.
Really slow service, a long queue at a lunch time and one person taking orders. Seemed to be a few people in the kitchen and taking food app orders. Place was relatively clean, one drinks machine not working and one without the full choice, so was a wait. Got the melt double burger, was literally dripping in ‘nacho’ style cheese, so avoid if you don’t like that sort of thing!
Terrible service, staff clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Received the wrong order and the food was barely warm and once they were asked for the correct one, they took about 20 minutes to then ask what we even wanted! Would never recommend coming here! I’m
2 stars just to be polite really. Ordered plant based whopper and the vegan bacon. Omg, the taste was vile! The bacon looked old and discoloured, the burger had a musty taste and it was just awful. Its really slow in there too. Just gross, burger king isn't know for being cheap so ide expect better food for the amount you pay. Stick to mcds Vegetarian options: Awful tasting
I popped in for a dinner with my family on friday evening. Server was very Friendly service. Food was very delicious will definately visit again
