Ordered on the bk app, would only give us water or milk with our meals because they said the bottled soft drinks are only for deliveries. Plus not taking cash anymore and not able to order at till. The staff are no more than kids and everyone even managers need to learn what customer service is. Not exactly cheap food anymore
Having had a very small burger at a burgerking on the m4, I was a bit wary on visiting. Opted for the chicken cheese Royal, and it was great. Nice friendly staff, quick food. Ate in, tables were available and clean. All good.Food: 4/5

Firstly, I’m autistic so really struggle with these things and I’m never going back here despite going on a daily basis and living around the corner. Patrick was the rudest assistant manager I have ever come across. My meal I ordered large and came regular 20 mins after I ordered it. He said I can have a refund and start again or take the food. He did not apologise. I then mentioned how I asked for fresh chips and the chips they’re giving me came out five mins ago. He proceeded to yell at me about the timer on the chips and then said they have no bbq sauce so naturally I asked for a refund at this point and he then told me I was banned just for stating the chips weren’t fresh. I did not swear once but naturally was quite upset. He kept yelling at me. I left in tears
All the staff is really friendly and welcoming. The food was really delicious and didn't take long to make. Would 100% recommended.

Very poor management.. not a great day today as weather terrible. Their windows blew out shattering glass below onto the pavement. A young female with dark hair was running about shouting the f word in front of customers, saying everyone out we are closed no more orders.. fine but really badly managed. Shocking language in front of kids and this could have been really serious, maiming or killing someone with the shards of glass raining down. But nobody stood outside warning the public, taping off the area, calling the police or even any manners to those inside. I had a very large bag with framed prints and she was seriously rude as I was leaving struggling to carry saying "if you could preferably leave quickly" honestly what a B.. I will be making an official complaint too about the very poor way this was handled today.
Food was cold went back and give me warmish told it was just been cooked, sorry no was not came out of a hot plate, my wife was not much better ended up leaving half of it both off us. Coke was flat as well and the Fry's was not much better will not be going there again stick with Truro
I'm actually shocked at how poor this BK is being run. Kids in the kitchen with poor attitude and doesn't understand food hygiene ... Loads of items missing off menu... Also the eating area was in a right mess This placed shouldn't be opened... avoid it, trust me
It's burger King, what more can I say same as every other one in the country, except for in the summer!! It's in Newquay, n nxt to the train station lol so not so good then!!Food: 3/5
