Fries were very hot but the burgers were just warm. Employees were pleasant and were wearing masks.
Food was ok, used the drive through but as was waiting saw a huge rat come from behind the menu boards maybe a family inside the kitchen and it ran in front of my car to a bush that had 5 big ones in.
Terrible place. Inside and drive through. Burger King might be decent food but just not this one in Hanley. Really low standards
Was absolutely gross the food was dripping with grease no ice in the machines just warm flavoured water and barely any flavours available. The service isn't great and the place wasn't very clean. The toilets are also not clean.
Uber eats let us down on our order and did not deliver, the driver got lost and was extremely unhelpful when i contacted him. Absolutely useless! I contacted the store and spoke to Ben who was very helpful and got our order re-delivered within 10 minutes. All credit to Ben for great customer service.
Food tasted good. However the limited menu really is very limited. Staff were friendly
