Had a great experience at Burger King! The Whopper was delicious, with that signature flame-grilled flavor that I always enjoy. The fries were hot and crispy, and everything was served quickly and with a smile. The staff at this location were friendly and efficient, making sure my order was correct and delivered promptly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for a quick meal. I also appreciated the variety on the menu, especially the plant-based options like the Impossible Whopper. The prices were reasonable, and with the ongoing deals, I felt like I got great value for my money. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit and will definitely be coming back
This is not the worst Burger King, its pretty standard and its actually its reasonably quiet as it is tucked away around the back of the park. It is, however, overpriced, we all know Burger King is expensive anyway, but this seems more so. The service is slightly on the slow side but not enough to cause an issue. The food is relatively standard, doesn't taste any better or worse than any other Burger King. The downside is you don't seem to be able to use your Merlin discount here which I believe even tho its a chain discounts should still be excepted given that they are in a park operated by the Merlin Group.
The food was so delicious and the service was really great, too! The mayo chicken royale meal was so yummy and I ate the whole thing, even though it was quite heavy for one person. Crispy and tender chicken was really amazing…and when it comes to sides, chicken nuggets with spicy mayo will be the first thing comes into my mind. I highly recommend this restaurant if you wanna spend some time with family or friends to go for a water games at Thorpe park and having food at Burger King….
My experience at Burger King in Thorpe Park Resort is the best one as they serve food very fast and they take care of each and every need of their customers. The staff is very good and excellent serves hot and fresh food always. That's the excellent experience.Food: 5/5
Hygiene is actually outrageous. Waited 5 mins to ask them a question as i stood there waiting and they ignored me to sit around chatting when there was no orders on the screen. to top it off one of the workers literally looked me in the eye as he scratched his eyebrow then proceeded to wipe his nose with his hand and didn’t wash his hands. Only one worker was wearing a hairnet -Actually foul can’t belive it.
My experience visiting the store today was excellent. The counter staff member was really helpful and helped me to order using the kiosk. They customised my order exactly as I requested and the food was delicious and warm. We sat in and the table was clean.Food: 5/5

If I could rate no stars I would! Ordered via self service and the order for some reason was cancelled even though Burger King took the money out of my account? Had to order another order, so I paid £24 for one meal!!! I'm being reassured I would get the money back within 24 hours but the money has been taken out of my account! Scammers!!!
Amazing and friendly staff! Food served on time with additional assistance on how to place an order. Must visit place.
