We furnished our loft bathroom with B&G. Steve was truly outstanding dealing with changes to our order due to contractor issues, finding most competitive prices for the items and offered great advice throughout! Highly recommended!

I had an issue from another supplier so headed of to Burge & Gunson.  Kevin was fantastic, he spent a lot of time sourcing the correct colour variations of each and very product. He ensured what I wanted was Actually in stock and not on never ending lead times. I wish I have placed the entire projects order with Burge & Gunson. Excellent customer service by Steve Mumford.  We have just ordered two bathrooms visited the shop on Several occasions, Steve Mumford was also great at making change over emails. Would highly recommend!

Awful customer service. Never answer their emails, clearly can't be bothered. Unhelpful on the phones. Offhand in the shop.

Trade counter is great.  Bathroom sales area apart from Steve Mumford was full of LAZY sales folks that couldn't be bothered to engage, help etc.  They don't care about customer service.  Avoid.

This is a great place to shop for high end bathroom products. wide variety of products from all manufacturers. If your after low end cheap plastic baths etc then this isn't the place for you but medium to high end it's perfect.  Don't pay list price, though! 10-40% off depending on volume and product
