It was good area to choose everything with bathroom Centre .the staff are so polite and helpful to giving you a good idea. I still remember a sales whose name is Barry. He is such a professional and patient person. He helped me to order a lot of items. Resolved problems with the smart toilet with supplies. We have a fantastic bathroom now!

I recently purchased a bathtub from Bathroom Discount Centre. The communication was fantastic at every stage - from promptly confirming the order and arranging the delivery to confirming the timeslot beforehand and even checking afterwards that I was happy with the product. The delivery guy was friendly and helpful too, helping me check that the bathtub was in perfect condition before I accepted the order. I would highly recommend the company and I will definitely look to buy from them again if we need any further plumbing materials.

I chose Bathroom Discount Centre initially purely on the fact that they offered the best price I could find on the web - a very good discount on RRP. Since I placed the order I have had nothing but excellent service and communication from all the people I dealt with, including the chosen delivery people - polite and helpful. Now, two weeks later it was a special order, I have my bath, well wrapped and protected for delivery on a pallet. Very happy to recommend these people!

We are currently undertaking a loft conversion and major renovations of other parts of our home.  Ron James of Bathroom Discount Centre was extremely helpful with the design and supply of the new ensuite shower room, as well as re-doing a cloakroom and replacing radiators.  He quickly grasped the  "look" we wanted and early on we established a strong rapport, making the decision making process much easier.  Ron was also quick to tell us very politely what wouldn't work.  Rather than recommending the same brand for everything, he suggested different brands for different components of our project, recognising the relative strengths and weaknesses of each of them.  I have no hesitation recommending Ron, and the Bathroom Discount Centre.

I have purchased items taps, vanity, baths and shower doors for some bathrooms.  The service was excellent and prices competitive.   I am very pleased.  A special mention to Kieran who had been very helpful.

Ordered a WC seat 20 days ago and it still has not arrived despite a number of chase mails, in the most recent of which they responded  informing me it would be with us in 2 days. That was sent 5 days ago...

High quality pieces, delivery did not include the right part but they responded and had it delivered within one hour. Service depends on who you communicate with. Products with SoftClosing mechanism and self-closing device, excellent!

I purchased a shower screen in September 2022. I recently noted that the rubber strip was leaking, upon proper inspection I saw that the strip was split. I contacted the BDC, spoke to Chantal and quoted my invoice number, she advised to upload photos of the damaged strip. Straight away Chantal dealt with this by keeping me informed of progress within her team. I then received notification of when a replacement will be delivered to me. With 3-4 days I received a replacement rubber shower strip via courier service and securely wrapped in bubble wrap. I can say the customer service from BDS and moreso Chantal has been exceptional, point and such a first class service. Truly thankful Chantal and Team from BDS.....

The bathroom Discount Centre have been absolutely AMAZING! They ensured the whole process of installing our new bathroom was smooth, helping us every step of the way. Very knowledgable about all their suppliers and products, made brilliant suggestions when we needed help with important decisions. We sourced everything from one place which saved us time and money.
