My £90 Catalano toilet seat broke after only 8 months it has 2 years' warranty according to the website however, the warranty was not honoured and I was told to purchase a new one. Needless to say, I won't be buying from this company again.

Chantal at the Bathroom Discount Centre is an outstanding help. She was able to source spare parts from abroad during the lockdown which required a huge effort, but with tenacity and hard work she succeeded. What a star!
