Went for the initial 'bridge' treatment after waiting for an appointment nearly a year since tooth out. Dentist and assistant were great and took time preparing the tooth, etc. Unfortunately, yet again I've been left high and dry until I can get an appointment to finish treatment. Receptionist told me the surgery were not taking any bookings for the foreseeable future! Yes, you've guessed it, I'm an NHS patient. BUPA only cares about private patients who can afford to pay over the odds!
This practice has 100% restored my confidence in going to the dentist, very patient with me, rado is the most gentlest dentist I've ever had, and has restored my confidence in going to the dentist, after years of bad experience at other practices. 5 stars is not enough more like 100. Receptionist are all lovely and friendly aswell.

Most of the time I get a good service here but to be called and told that they have changed your time when you are working and then to be told you can't see a dentist till next year when you have had a filling come out is totally disgusting and poor service thats the reason why iv given 3 stars. Radu Pop is a fantastic dentist though and highly recommend

My experience at Bupa Dental Care Harleston has always been extremely good, everyone working there is very helpful, the atmosphere is very pleasant and I have always been treated with great kindness by everyone.
I’m not a patient at the practice but they still gave me an emergency appt on the day I phoned with a split back tooth and lots of pain. All the staff were friendly and courteous and my dentist was wonderful. Extremely reassuring, gentle and professional. I’m a nervous dental patient but she immediately put me at ease and continually checked to make sure I was ok. I don’t hesitate to recommend!
Having been a patient for many years and always had good service I have to say a massive thank you for the service and treatment received today , I was in dreadful pain and although I hadn’t been to the practice lately they arranged an emergency appointment within an hour of my calling and the problem was dealt with sympathetically I am an extremely nervous patient and professionally. Totally recommend the practice. Excellent service - thank you
I am a patient at this surgery and i rang in at 2.15 to get a appointment and I was able to been seen at 3.40, very friendly staff, as always, was in pain with a tooth, it was removed with no discomft at all by radu who I see all the time, very gentle. Didn't feel a thing, highly recommended, he is a top dentist, thank you all the staff for being so friendly.
