Had my last appointment cancelled by the surgery the day before it was due, as dentist had left. Advised another would be appointed in approx a week, and a new appointment made for me. Two months down the line I'm now told another dentist won't be available until after Xmas! Explained I needed to see a dentist as a front tooth, previously capped, was loose and I was concerned it may come out in my sleep, choking me. Request met with little enthusiasm by receptionist. Just discovered it's been taken over by Bupa, reading between the lines I think they're trying to rid the surgery of NHS patients. Appalling service.

Always treated with respect and understanding. All treatment fully explained allowing you to make a fully informed choice
