Had an appt today with Thomas Symm.Absolutely Fabulous, He completely put all anxieties at bay. He explained thoroughly what he was doing & the reasons for any remedial work should they be required.He was extremely knowledgeable & at all times reassuring .He listened to my concerns and patiently dealt with any worries i had regarding treatments. All the staff including the receptionists & Chantelle the dental nurse were warm & welcoming.Great dentist if you are an anxious patient.Extremely thankful to have this surgery on our doorstep.
I had my first ever consultation at this practice today. All the staff were friendly and helpful . Kirsty my dentist clearly explained the findings of her examination and the X-rays and the advised treatment plan. I felt that I was listened to and was given sound advice and choices.

Easy to obtain an emergency appointment - dentist identified the problem and discussed a course of treatment and then we both agreed treatment dates. A good experience.
Couldn’t recommend a dentist more. My little boy had a traumatising experience at the emergency out of hours due to our dentist being closed. Rang Bupa Monday morning where they triaged and got him in the same day. My little boy was scared and really didn’t want to attend. The dentist Thomas Symm and his dental assistant were so kind to my son and took there time with him and honestly I don’t think I’ve come across a nicer dentist apart from mine Kirsty Woodmason haha my little boy came out looking forward to seeing Tom again for his next appointment and he even got a sticker which made his day! 5 star
Was a patient at the Cleveleys branch, it was 5 star service at this point. Made an appointment for Cleveleys in November 2023 and they asked if I was NHS which I confirmed. Even up to the day before was receiving texts about the appointment in January. Took time off work and arrived 10 minutes early to find the building abandoned. Rang Thornton to clarify what was going on as had no notification about the surgery. I was informed there had been a ‘clerical error’ that NHS were no longer dealt with and the building was closed, so was left standing in the street with no dentist. Staggeringly poor service and may still raise with equivalent ombudsman. I’m assuming every NHS patient had been treated this way in the Cleveleys area. It took 3 months to find another anywhere when I had needed treatment.
Perri was so thorough and professional, she listened to my requirements, I felt at ease and confident in proceeding with the treatment. The end result of my composite bonding veneers was outstanding, better than I expected. I couldn't have asked for a better caring service, thankyou so much Perri and Gemma.
