I come here quite regularly. The product selection and pricing are awesome but the best thing? The staff! They’re all so lovely, it’s so refreshing. An example: turned up at 8am with my two year old son. He LOVES the (free!) face painting but we quickly realised it does start until 10am :( the lovely Kim decided she’d set up over an hour early, just for my son. These folks go the extra mile! Thank you!

Hello  Fellow Customers.
I was looking to buy Roller Blinds today and went to the old Homebase  Store , which is now Bunnings .
Well I was searching etc and asked a young Assistant called Josh for help in finding the items.
Well he found them easily, he knows his stock!
Plus , because i needed several blinds , similar to each other, I was pleased that they had the "depth of stock " available.
I used to be in Retailing , so I notice when things appear to be well run.
I was impressed ,
 Then I asked for other items and he proceeded to help me with advice and selections.
Nothing was too much trouble and he made my shopping visit a pleasure.
I noted that the shop appear to be very well stocked with items that had not been opened by previous customers, unlike some other shops.
I was pleased to see that they appear to employ local mature people, plus lots of local younger sales assistants.
They appear to have an excellent business plan , and I expect to shop there very often in the future.
I commend them to other customers.

Good amount of staff ready to help, atmosphere in there is brilliant and can find a whole selection of products, a lot more choice and prices better than the old Homebase and they also have a Cafe which is good if you need to grab a quick drink.

Bring back Homebase! It was lighter, brighter and you could find what you were looking for. Bunnings is dark, dingy, ugly and impossible to navigate.  Yes the staff can be helpful but I honestly couldn't wait to get out of there.  And why would I want a sausage in a bun when I'm shopping for hardware etc?  Won't be going again.

It's amazing what a choice they have. Always helpful. No problem if there is any issues they try there best to solve it. Very positive experience with the customer service as well. Highly recommended
