The food was awful. My partner ordered Katsu curry and chips, but got rice. Both of the patties on burger were black and hard. The food was dumped on the table, and the girl just left before we could mention the issues. The chips were cold and dry, we couldn’t hear each other speak because the screens showing the football were so loud. We won’t be coming again.

The food is great, and tasty which is quite impressive.nI had the classic all day breakfast here and I loved it so much.nThe only downside to my visit is that I had to pay to get an extra toast, I would normally not request for but it was good and just one toast was not enough to savour all the deliciousness. I paid £1.99 for a toast I wasn’t able to finish. So I feel like the £2 I paid for extra toast wasn’t justified .nAside that they serve great meals.

Very cosy traditional pub offering a selection of dishes to suit any taste at reasonable prices.nThe interior is homely, welcoming and the staff very friendly.

Katsu curry with waffle fries is the best in the country!! Great pub and amazing atmosphere. It’s my favourite place in the world.

Terrible breakfast… 1 runny egg 1 over cooked … black toast on one side hidden as they brought to table … egg shell on plate… cappuccino I’ve had better instant coffee…  the service girl very well mannered, older bar lady seemed very abrasive…
