The staff were all wonderful! There is a lot of selection when it comes to bears, outfits and accessories. It is a bit pricey but as a treat, it is brilliant. Had a fabulous time and my baby loved it! We will definitely be visiting again! :
Wonderfully helpful and caring staff! Our experience here was great, my little girl had a lovely little afternoon picking her bear, stuffing it and dressing it. It's a little pricey but you do get what you pay for in terms of the in store experience, especially when it's not during a busy period.
Absolutely amazing! We had quite the request as we needed a 60th wedding anniversary and had no ideas at all as they had everything!! Georgi helped us make the most fantastic and hilarious bears ever! Such a lovely lady, she made my mum and me feel so welcome. Couldn't ask for better service!

Great customer service - really make your child feel like their the centre of attention. Superb after sales support too - had a quite old build-a-bear who needed a restitch and replacement sound - all done very quickly and no fuss. Do beware of the upselling - take your eye of your child for a second and they come back with a handful of expensive accessories!
Not sure exactly what we were supposed to be doing here, help from the staff was minimal and we just sort of got left standing there after having spent about 4 minutes "building" a bear which really consisted of selecting a soft toy, adding a heart-beat, listening to some dreadful sounds that could have been made into a voice-box but we're too awful, and then wiping a scented piece of cardboard over the bear which didn't seem to do much. Followed by browsing very expensive accessories and costumes which we had to guess which ones fitted as no-one seemed to offer to help. My daughter 6th birthday seemed confused, I definitely was, not a great experience.
Granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed her first Build a Bear experience. This was down to the lovely young man that served us, he made her feel very special on her birthday and was great fun. Accessories were all of good quality and look forward to our next shopping trip. Thank you
Staff weren't that helpful. I wanted to pay the difference for an outfit. The staff said no you can't do that. You need to pay the full amount. Seriously what is the difference! Just rude. My son was unhappy and your running a toy shop for children!
Fantastic staff that are very helpful, enthusiastic and always go the extra mile. Store is full of amazing items and all bears are at an excellent prices especially that they are insured for life for repairs. Always had my query resolved fast
