Acute shortage of trolleys at this store due to them going missing/stolen. No store budget to replace them.nThe trolley security chains are NOT used.
Every morning that I come into the store to buy my lunch for the day. I wait at least 5 minutes for someone to identify my age. There’s no one on the till or at least checking on the tills. It’s stupid
Really handy shop. Great for essentials.
Good parking. Store is always well stocked and very rarely crowded. Most tills are sefl service and we have never had to queue for a till. We are a club card holder which gives good deals and savings
I frequently go to this store and never normally have issues with staff and all are absolutely lovely normally but this one staff member who was a lady behind the till with mid length brown hair and what seemed like a body cam was extremely rude to me and my partner. I just finished work today and went to the shop to get food for dinner. We went to different self checkouts for each of our shopping and when I was about to pay my till got locked because of my partner buying an energy drink. She showed I’d for the drink and I wasn’t allowed to buy my shop even though I hadn’t bought any energy drinks or restricted items. I was then told to show I’d which meant I had to run outside to my car to grab said ID to buy my shop of just food. I wouldn’t of mind running to the car to grab ID normally if the staff member wasn’t rude to me and didn’t stop me from buying my food without any restricted items which made me do more trips to my car. I understand the rules as I used to work in the coop and but I don’t understand why I couldn’t buy my food shop in this instance. I would never do reviews like this but this has really upset me with the manner she treated me and how nice the staff are always normally. I’m local to this shop and she’s a regular staff member a I have had a few problems with her but nothing to the extent of this.
