Good range of food and services, including high quality prepared meals, Subway, deli, MyHermes dropoff. Only 4* because fresh veg is not always as fresh as it might be.

Any time/day of the week there is always a long queue here, no matter how little customers. Today I was served by a rude member of staff who was impatient, patronising and made me feel like a criminal. 

All because I gave her an old pound coin by mistake. Followed by 'it's not your day to day Isit sir!'. The staff member was also wearing a latex glove, which I found very strange and intimidating. 

Great products bad customer service!

It's a convenience store so a bit dearer than your average supermarket but that's to be expected.  I use it regularly - 3-4 times a week - always clean and welcoming with a fair selection of produce.
