As per my own experience, it's a good place to fine dinning, there is a elaborate buffet with lot of choices. The food was really yummy, I will recommended to everyone for enjoy this mouth watering delicious food. Thanks
I am visiting this restaurant since 2017, and was never disappointed once. The food is simply stunning, but your staff are the highlight of my visits, taking every effort to make you feel at home. At busy times I did observe Alison being the only team member clearing up to 10 tables by herself, and still have a smile on her face underneath the mask. Rossie pops by regularly to enquire if we have everything we need, and even finds time to suggests new cocktails.... I'll be back for sure.
The setting of the dishes are a bit confusing. I ended up getting all mixed up. The Indian menus were a disaster. Chinese and western food was great. The deserts were awesome but i think we need a bit more labeling as to which desserts were halal. I’d definitely go back there to have more roast beef and steak
Every different cuisine from around the World; Mexican, Italian, Indian, Chinese. Typical buffet you will eat until you drop. Good place to come whilst waiting on the other entertainment venues around Fountainpark.
I use to go there frequently to have a meal with family or friends, there are a good variety of options of food , salads , sushi’s and delicious desserts . I always get allocated a table quickly with no advance booking, which is an advantage, so no waiting time. The staff is very friendly and from time to time they come to check if everything is good. If you like spicy food, this restaurant is for you, the menu’s price is affordable for everything you can eat. It is located inside of the main building of the Cineworld , on the level up. #mrbasrai’sworldcuisine #edinurghrestaurant #worldcuisine #menuworldcuisine #varietyofmeals #edinburghmeals
I loved how each cuisine was full of flavour. And they even had live set up for making fresh Dosa’s, Naan and cooking up some seafood. The food variety, taste and quality was great. It cost around £18 per adult on a Saturday evening July ,2022 . I would rate it low on the ambiance and desert as it was just okay.
Great restaurant with lots of varieties. Really enjoyed the options but options were limited as compared to some other branches I have visited previously.
Can be much cleaner, service could have been done using hand gloves. A wide range of cuisines including, pizzas, dosa, naan breads, Indian chaats, sea food bar, tandoori, sushi, rice varieties, lots of curries, pasta, noodles bar, salad bar, live grills and all the dishes we tried were good. Dessert selection is quite large and tastes amazing. They serve decent drinks with few cocktail selections.
We had visited this place for my friend’s birthday and it was a very bad experience with the services they have been offering. The various items in the buffet menu are made in the morning i think and serving for lunch/dinner. Even we had to wait for long time to raise complaints and the owner whoever is managing is showing lot of attitude and not even taking care of customer. If you don’t know how to satisfy customers by your food/services, Shut it and move out. This manager named Davendar Singh is only interested in collecting bills and not worried about the complaints and customer satisfaction.
I love the place, it has much variety, and is definitely worth the money, has very good staff, very helpful and kind, and the food is always fresh. Especially recommend the Peri Peri chicken, but everything is really good, and perfect for a filling lunch. I had the unlimited buffet. Vegetarian options: Has many different vegetarian options, am sure a vegetarian would be satisfied after a single meal here
