Unbelievably appalling. Too many reasons for this score to be bothered to give. And why are they still insisting on having clients wait outside in their car park in Fraserburgh when their Peterhead branch is open to all? Mediocre in both empathy and treatment in my view.

4 telephone calls and a message ... no response whatsoever; despite their listing stating they are open until 6pm. It's fortunate my dog's issue isn't a life threatening one.

This is such a nice friendly place for us and our cat. All the staff are genuinely caring and helpful. The phone is always answered straight away and appointments are made quickly.

Staff good as my cat 14 years old and very nervous.great care.

I was most impressed by the care both my dog and  I got when I took her down. Appointment system working very well, were taken on time and everything explained very well 10/10

Delighted with Buchan vets, the love shown to my dog Blake as well as my cat was amazing. They are both getting on in life  16 & 15 yrs  and are doing  great, after receiving Buchan,s vets care, treatment  etc. Thank you  so much
