Terrible food. Flavours not good. I ordered medium lamb and well done turned up. My friend ordered some pasta and sides. The sides came after we had all finished. Deserts disgusting. The cheese cake is on a sponge instead of biscuit or harder base. Will not go back.

Food was out on side dessert and starters not refrigerated eat at 3pm today and food poisoning symptoms started at 19:30😷😷

Stayed @ The Village Hotel for Easter Weekend so had breakfast and dinner @ Buca di Beppo. Great service, great food and absolute lovely staff. The staff were very efficient; they were very polite, friendly and socialable. We never had to wait long for anything, a staff was available. Like I said great service and thoroughly enjoyed eating there. Managers, waiters and waitresses were all exceptional. Looking forward to my next visit.

Where do I start, ordered food which seemed to take an age. My burger arrived opened the bun to put on the salsa and there was no burger just 2 scraps of lettuce and a slice of tomato. I had to go and find a member of staff to inform them. They took away my plate and said the burger had been left on the side. Continued with my meal half way through the very cold mozzarella and burger it was burnt also and the bun was soggy from the wet/cold mozzarella. My daughter felt sick so we tasted hers, her bacon and sauce from the carbonara also tasted burnt. My partners meal was ok but not worth £18. We decided to order puddings to get rid of the awful taste. Puddings were good. Overall the £80 we paid for missing burger, soggy bun and burnt carbonara was not acceptable. To top it all off, dodgy tummys and nausea after a meal here. Ruined our little get away.

The restaurant looks great! I went for my Birthday and they were great! The staff all came out singing happy Birthday to me in their own way and i got free cake! The portions are enormous though so think twice for ordering large!! lol Overall, i thought it was great and would go again!
