The choice for bubbled and fruit tea is great. Located conveniently on High Street, it is my favourite place to go whenever I crave for any cold milk or fruit tea. I personally like their Lychee and Mango tea. They also have shakes and a few food items waffles but I haven't tried them yet. Service is quick but at times, it gets quite busy and since there is limited seating in here, you might not get a place to sit inside.
I bought a Tiger Tea as it looked really good but thank goodness it was cheap. The drink had less flavour than milk and the tapioca made my mouth dry. I couldn't finish the tea so it was such a waste. No flavour and not drinkable. The service was terrible as well as I felt like I was annoying the clerk asking about the different teas. If you want a good Bubble Tea, go somewhere else. You will definitely not regret.
The environment itself was good with some good decor, however drinks taste average and quite bland. Toppings were too less.
My pomegranate lychee fizz was fabulous, my sons however tasted of nothing but crushed oreo and water. I watched as the man rinsed out the shaker with water and pour in into the cup to top up the drink. No good service, not a good product...totally cutting corners.
I went there last week, and the experience is awful. It was my second time there. I ordered my drink and asked if the could have the smaller size. The staff was super impolite and said that i should have said it before I order my drink and wouldn't change it for me. I hadn't pay yet at the time and till now I still don't understand why he wouldn't adjust it for me. How do you expect a customer who came for the second time know the sequence of ordering when you didn't ask. I am super disappointed from this experience and I will never visit again. the drink itself is acceptable but not the service sorry for my bad grammar
Fantastic experience!! The waiter was really lovely and made me a really nice rose milk bubble tea : The room was a bit hot but there were a lot of customers so it is understandable that it will be hot. Definitely will come back again and highly recommend! Update:August 2021 Came back to try the rosemilk but was quite surprised that they are serving it with plastic straw and plastic bag that covers the straw. I have also visited at the opening time but the tapiocas were hard and felt quite disappointed by it. I also felt the tapioca quantity was quite and no rose jelly?? The staff was lovely but will not be back until the container or/and the straw will be changed to sustainable options.
none of the milk teas are vegan - there is milk in the powder bases - and this is not displayed anywhere in store. this is really dodgy especially as they advertise their range of milk options.Food: 1/5
Very Bad Service , from Start to Finish. Disgusting attitude of the employee named Diljiya. She had no customer service skills at all. Allowing the public to break the social distance laws, when clearly stating in the front window, one customer at a time. Diljiya was clearly incapable of working the store on her own. She was serving customers out of turn and had no control of the social distancing that was displayed in the window, to which I can only believe were put in place by the management. I will be reporting this to the council as well. When I told Diljiya how I how felt about her actions, she just nodded and mumbled something behind her face mask. People, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, absolutely disgusting worker. I will make sure I get my feedback out on all review boards.
It was my first time trying.. it's really good but next time I would prefer hot. I think hot it will be better. And its sweet and easy to drink and the tapioca and the sweets are a very nice item added to it.
Bright, clean and welcoming...Needs more staff but a decent addition to Oxford High Street. I ordered the White Peach fruit tea with Lychee jelly and Honeydew Milk tea with tapioca pearls - both in the Supreme size...
