Really disappointed with this experience. I paid an additional £10 for delivery on a specific date for my 2-year-old’s birthday party, but unfortunately the balloon never arrived.nnI completely understand that delivery issues can sometimes happen, but the reason I paid extra was to make sure it arrived in time for the event. Customer services apologised, which I appreciated, but no refund or further resolution was offered despite the guaranteed delivery not being fulfilled.nnIt was upsetting for a special occasion, and I hope the company will review this and consider an appropriate refund or gesture of goodwill.
I used Bubblegum Balloons for a company celebration in my office and they were amazing! From responding quickly to any questions I had, right through to the installation on the day, their service was 10/10. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to create an incredible balloon set up! Thank you!
Was looking for a balloon company for my company's brand launch event. From the consultation to the mockups to the delivery, Bubblegum balloons did an excellent job. They had all the colours we needed, which other companies did not. Super professional, highly recommend.
Really disappointed. I've used this company before with no issues but my last order, a balloon stack for my son's birthday party, arrived too late, despite me paying extra and choosing a delivery date for the day prior to the party. I was offered a partial refund which still hasn't been completed.
I have used them a lot for various things but my last two orders have been wrong. For my fathers 70th birthday they did not send the correct balloons, they did correct this after I complained but it added stress that was not necessary or needed on the day. Then unfortunately they delivered the wrong balloons again for my son’s 4th birthday rabbits instead of dinosaurs? I reached out for help but it was made quite clear they had no intention of rectifying it other than a refund….which will all know doesn’t happen the same day. They said they could send them out… however they would arrive after his birthday? Not helpful.nnMy son however had excitedly opened the balloons for his party and got very upset as they were not right and a refund will not cover him being upset by their careless error. Thanks for that!nnThey are clearly getting greedy and cannot manage the orders they take accurately. They clearly need to quality control their orders and need to implement a checking system as they don’t seem to be able to pack the correct orders. They aren’t the cheapest way to get balloons and I believed I was paying for convenience but my last two experiences have been less than convenient. Save yourself the money and the stress and got to card factory or your local supermarket. Which is what I have had to do in order to rectify their poor service.
