Disorganised. I arranged a service on the basis I'd have access to their courtesy car (I needed it to get to work). 'All fine' I was told. On the day I arrived to drop the car off, the guy was 10 minutes late, and then I was told 'sorry no car after all'. A phone call was all it took to save me a wasted trip and to arrange another day. I took my business elsewhere.

Great friendly garage. Considerably cheaper than other local garages. Would highly recommend.

I'm not a mechanic, but they appear to do only what needs doing - they don't find other items that need replacing just for the sake of it like some other garages.  They quoted & charged me £295 for a new clutch, when on-line price guides quoted £300 - £500.  I'm just about to book in both our cars for a service.  A courtesy car is available, but it is in demand, so you may have to wait longer when booking.

Summary: An honest garage at the cheaper end of the price range.
