Amazing place, great food, lovely drinks but the atmosphere really stood out the most. The staff went above and beyond to make my little boy feel welcome and included. Will definitely be returning
Excellent family friendly pub. Great beer garden and nice and clean inside. Staff were really friendly and polite. The food was very good, good portions and service was efficient. Dog friendly and we appreciated the bowl of water brought out for our dog. Excellent experience overall and would definitely return again. Thankyou
Arrived with 8 of my friends without booking but we were seated at a table who was running late, the staff were so lovely and caring. Food was brilliant I had the beetroot and goats cheese salad with candied walnuts £14 and it was wonderful!. My friends loved their food and drinks aswell.
Stopped for a fantastic lunch in this delightful little spot. Food was excellent as were the pints of Dizzy Blonde and Unicorn Ale. Samuel our waiter was super attentive and very friendly. Highly recommend this high end pub.
It was nice. You have to book a table it is busy. The food was good. The sticky toffee pudding was a little disappointing after the the meringue came out as in size and was overcooked. It is a 2 hour turn around from when you book the table.
Great pub in a fab location. Good selection of drinks and the food was delicious and beautifully presented and as it was also dog friendly, we were able to bring our well-behaved dog in with us. Staff were very friendly and spoke Welsh, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended. Bwyty a tafarn o safon uchel iawn, ardderchog!
Visited Saturday 25.03.23 - fantastic food and service! I've not been for some years and was so impressed. The place looks so lovely and I've never seen such clean toilets! You could have eaten off the floor. The staff were fantastic and so attentive. The food was fantastic and the chips were amazing. Looking forward to coming back soon :
Great pub, lovely food and exceptionally friendly staff, especially Johnny who served us this evening. Dog friendly too and with wonderful views of the Welsh countryside.
We went for Sunday roast it was nice meal would have been a lot nicer if it were hot when it arrived. Very disappointed to arrive in a Welsh restaurant and it wasn't serving lamb on the menu. Service was good the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Arrived Friday afternoon for the weekend and although we appreciated it was Easter weekend we did feel disappointed when we were told on Friday afternoon that they were no longer serving food due to kitchen capacity being reached at 4pm. The pub wasn't particularly busy with lots of tables in and outside free. Asked if we could book a table the following day instead but was told no as they were fully booked until at least Monday night. No food served even outside unless we had a booking. On a positive note the pub was lovely very clean and tidy and looked to be a nice place with Lots of space in and outside but sadly we could only stay for a drink.
