I have used this Post Office for many years and when the new family took over; their incompetence and unfriendly manner I put down to them feeling overwhelmed; especially over the Christmas period. Unfortunately; after taking some parcels in this week, and experiencing the man's cold, 'can't be bothered' attitude has just confirmed that he is just RUDE!!!   The shrug I got after he refused my parcel with no advice as to how I could get over the issue . .. I felt like slapping him!   He needs to take a course in customer services!  He is in totally the wrong job!  Postmasters are friendly and helpful and the core of our local community!  I'm off to Wrotham Road!!

Zero Stars, if I could! New Owners are awful! What a complete change to the lovely family owners that were there before.  Postal Service - I have been a few times, so I know it was not a one off.  I know they are new, but they are lazy and useless.  The Sorting Office also confirmed lots of people are also complaining to them about their service - lack of it. They are turning customers away with postal items they don't want to take.  The Mum was rude and she has no welcome or smile or manners for that too.  I haven't been in since or any of our family.  We will post, purchase anything and do our lottery elsewhere from now on.  So sad to see this local newsagents change.

A welcoming atmosphere whenever I walk in to use their services. A professional work ethic provided from the staff & owner. I am very grateful for their ongoing support as a customer. I recommend to anyone who is in need of a Post Office/Newsagents in the Bexleyheath or surrounding areas.

This post office was the best took many years to get on the local high st & many locals campaigned for it - original owners were the best but had to sell the business due to health issues. The new owners are arrogant downright rude & disrespectful. Won't be patronising the crass staff in this establishment any longer. A great pity after waiting so many years to get. You people need to realise your providing a service if you can't move on

Just been taken over. I gave the new people the benefit of the doubt, with the poor service the 1st time but went back in today for help with my bus pass  . As the previous owners were really helpful. The wife was clueless and the husband really rude. Told me to leave and find another shop if i  didn’t like his service.charging me double bus fare of course I’m not going to like that service!!!! I loved the previous people. Was a lovely little shop and post office. I unfortunately see this shop fast changing into every other corner shop and not the lovely shop it has been, full of character

Lovely local old skool post office and newagents.  Family run, the mum is the brains, daughters the workhorse and dad makes me laugh! Not the cheapest for cards but if you want something special they are way better than the chains, they also do the blow up ballons etc. Always friendly and smiling faces.

This is the best newsagents in the borough, the post office is open until 7pm week days. Fantastic!

They do lovely cards. And Cadbury dark milk.... although it runs out quickly.

Great service and the Post Office is really useful for sending parcels from.

Lovely helpful staff. 100% recommend. All keeping a respectful distance. Their helpfulness made my day . Thankyou x
