A fantastic weekend getaway in a beautiful location. We were 4 families with young children and the setting and facilities were perfect for us. Great sized rooms and well equipped kitchen and dining areas gave us more than enough space to relax. The swimming pool and garden areas were excellent for the adults and children alike! Communication with the owners was very smooth and there were lots of extras available like catering or beauty treatments - we would definitely recommend for family or groups of friends wanting a relaxed getaway!
Brilliant venue with plenty of accommodation, communal and private space. Amazing indoor pool. Four families for one wedding together for 4 days and we all had a brilliant time and the venue added to stay. The space allowing people to come and go. The facilities easily handled whatever we threw at it, from a few smaller kids right through to a few older guests who had limited mobility. Highly recommend.
The property is beautifully maintained. Every bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The decor in the rooms is stunning. The bedding is of excellent quality. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. There is plenty of space for large parties both inside and outside, including a grassed area for children to play. The pool is heated and well maintained. There are three kitchen areas, each with fridge, dishwasher and cooking facilities. There really is nothing to criticise at all.
Very nice property, ideal for our yearly Family weekend away. Kitchen/Dining/Living area is all one so a great space for all. Rooms very clean and tidy, plenty of crockery and cutlery available. Couldnt fault it.
The barn was brilliant. Claire was superb and very helpful. The pool was a huge draw and was daily used by all. It was a big family experience and it was perfect for everyone. Highly recommend Brooklands.Rooms: 5/5
My family booked a birthday treat, 10 Adults 9 children ages 3-16. Plenty of space outside for games, obstacles courses, just messing about, the rooms were all lovely, clean home from home, kitchen very well stocked with everything you could need, extra dishwashers so you could keep it all tidy, a pool everyone loved, we arranged a caterer Pulsebespokecaterers, excellent, for the Saturday evening, fantastic we all sat outside on a beautiful evening! Started at 5ish, in between children left table and ran about, next course sat down. You couldn’t do that elsewhere. The house had everything, extra kitchens, sitting rooms, playing sardines fun hide & seek. Television in other family room for quiet time for the smaller children. A wonderful venue, as our family come from all over, it was just perfect. I hope to do it again another year. A very good venue.
Brooklands exceeded our expectations. All we wanted when we booked was a large amount of space for a family of 20 to celebrate the New Year in. What we got at Brooklands was a wonderful family experience where we all made great memories. We arrived on the 30th Dec and stayed for 3 nights. As soon as we stepped in the door we were overwhelmed with the surroundings and huge layout. Everywhere was spacious including all the bedrooms which were all presented beautifully. The kitchens were fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to assist preparing and cooking any meals you could want. Having more than one lounge meant that we could spread out and the older kids could get together to do their own thing too. We celebrated in style and luxury, and relaxed in comfort. The kids loved the indoor pool which was a perfect addition to the property, being indoor meant despite the weather, there was always something for them to do. The outdoor wooden Sauna was lovely to chill out in after a long walk. The grounds allowed for a bit of football on the grass too. Arundel was within walking distance and is a really lovely place to visit, the castle huge and is breathtaking. The host was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. They were always contactable to ensure our stay was the best it could be and to help with anything we needed. Some of our plans were changed at the last minute due to the dreaded Covid and the host did their upmost to adapt and assist which we were very grateful for. We can’t recommend this place enough, we loved every minute and would have loved to have stayed longer :-
The property itself was beautifully maintained, presented and laid out. Ideal for a large group. Outdoor space was exceptional, with plenty of seating, a fantastic pool and sauna and a great lawn for garden games. The cherry on top of it all was Claire, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our experience what it was - thank you! We will be recommending to friends and hopefully booking another visit ourselves at some point in the future!
Amazing venue. 13 of us stayed for 2 nights and had no complaints at all. Everything was pristine and we'll maintained. Beds were comfortable and modern, bedding was immaculate. We loved our stay. Thank you Claire for everything! I can't understand how someone could ever leave a 1 star review for this place. Clearly they have never been!
The perfect place for a large group, clean, spacious, and great facilities. Will Definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to stay again soon.
