Great service - would choose this place over anything. The staff is very friendly and understanding. I used to come here for any sex health related question for years. The waiting times are always fine as long as you follow their advice and go in early.

Chris and Emma were exceptionally helpful. Love this service... it is always quick and easy! Disappointed that they now cannot provide services to outside of Liverpool postcode now, hopefully can again soon!!!! Highly Recommend

Waited almost three hours just to get a pack of pills. The pills they gave me aren't the same name that I normally take and a similar review reported negative effects because of this. I can't comment until I've taken this new pill, but I'm dreading it now. I was accused of being aggressive at the desk and heard a member of staff say they were sick of seeing me as I walked away. Two other people left before me because they had waited just as long.

They have always been polite and very helpful. I have used their service for 3 years now and I has always been great, even during the lockdown.

Waited 2hours to get some medication. Ridiculous
