The gents at "broken spoke" are true craftsmen. My rear derailleur hanger was bent. A previous place wanted me to replace the derailleur itself. The crew at "broken spoke" fixed it with no thought of the repair being a challenge. This is a quality bike repair shop. Make no mistake.

Great location in St Neots, with car parking at rear. Booked my mountain bike in for service as well as a broken spoke! They were expecting me and checked if I had a set timescale. I did say 'no rush' but maybe should have asked for a callback with estimated duration. Bike was dropped of Thursday morning, and no call received on progress by Monday. Thought I should ring to check on Monday midday. Bike was ready but just on a test run as I spoke. Collected that afternoon and very pleased with work carried out. Service cost was very reasonable, but parts needed were significant - chain, gear cables, gear cartridge and rear tyre. However, it was all worthwhile, bike is as good as new, Thankyou.

Fixed a broken spoke within half an hour while cycle touring nearby. Fantastic service and cheaper than I expected!

Stopped by whilst on a ride to buy a water bottle, kindly filled it for me and let me tighten my saddle whilst I was there. Having a look around there was a nice selection of new parts and bicycles too.

I needed a few things to be repaired for my commute and they fit me in which I really appreciated. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely selection of bikes in the showroom too

Very fast and excellent service. Was impressed!
