What a great place to stay.  Highly recommend this B & B.  Great rooms and facilities with attention to detail.  Very homely!  Anne's breakfasts are delicious.  We were made so welcome and this guesthouse is truly dog friendly.  The location is so peaceful and set back from roads on farmland but with A1 and Holy Island on your doorstep.  We will definitely return.  Kathy and Philip Hayter (and Oscar!)

This is a super B&B, comfortable, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. We stayed on 2 separate nights in August whilst cycling the Coast and Castles route and had the pleasure of trying out 2 different rooms. Both were large and lovely, just what we needed to rest our weary legs! The breakfasts were superb and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. There's a great restaurant within walking distance with stunning views across to Holy Island. We highly recommend Brockmill Farm to anyone wanting a traditional farm house B&B with excellent service.
