I went in to wash and dry a king size duvet. The staff told me the machines were busy but for £12 he could wash it and dry it for me to pick up at 1pm the next day. I was hesitant and I told him so because of the negative reviews I had read from people on the Google page review page about their duvets not being washed. I told him my hesitation and he said that doesn't happen. Well I just picked up my duvet and it smells lovely. I wish I took a before picture to show people the difference.

So I had 4 full bags of washing. And i went to all season laundry. Drop the bags off and the staff said it will be ready for this same day afternoon.  Went to pick up my stuff and got home. And i was actually shocked. Everything was nicely folded. All the socks were matched together and all separated really well. They have done an amazing service. And I have to recommend them. Smelt really nice and very clean all clothes  So thank you deffo will use again from now on.

Honestly the guy in there was so polite and all I wanted to do was dry my clothes and I rang up to check it they were done and when I got there they were ready in a bag for me to check if I was happy with the clothes and they are so cheap I would so recommend this place.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

the charge 5 pound for my two pieces of clothes said you give me one pound extra for soap and then I will charge extra for if you dry it. refused and leave the property. it's too costly.

Good launderette with lots of washing machines and dryers of different sizes. Attendant was very helpful and attentive. Happy to do little extra requests e.g. extra spin when necessary. Good two seater sofa for waiting. Car park with free 2 hour parking directly across the road.

Daughter got flooded, rejected by two other places and now rejected by this one, because he wanted to finish early. Despite pleading of no clean clothes, he still rejected her. Shame on you for not helping her when she was desperate with still 1.5 hrs and still time to wash them. Poor service.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

I wish i could rate 0 star. I gave him my duvet to wash paid £10 in advance for both duvet wash. And for dry i said i will pay £4 when i pick. I smell my duvet when i came home the both smell disgusting. Never leave your staff on them. They just take money but not wash the clothes. Cheaters.
