Food is great when it gets to you. The service is abysmal so slow. But the food is great.

Manager is not a nice man or helpfull.Middle of winter and no heating  2coal fires in pub not one of them were on very depressing place to be.On the plus side the food was nice.

Food, drinks and serving staff are top notch. As for the manager, just rude. Stuck up and disrespectful to staff. Speaks down to customers. He should be warm and welcoming! Not driving the customers away!

Six of us went for a family lunch on 3rd January. We arrived for our booking at 1pm and didn't FINALLY leave until 3.30pm as the service was diabolically slow!! Food was ok but won't be going back in a hurry!!
