'Had our van for six months now, thought I’d leave it a few months before leaving a review as we wanted to see how things worked out. Well the Motorhome has been superb and we’re as happy with it now as we were the day we collected it. Had one issue with the heating which Jason sorted for us with no charge! I’d be happy to recommend Broadland Leisure to anyone, I’m confident Mervyn and Jason would do their best to look after you and in doing so will keep their excellent reputation! I have to praise Mervin and Tom. Thank you so much. They took my caravan as part exchange for a campervan. I'm so chuffed with a lovely Peugeot tepee they sold me. I was impressed with both of these chaps knowledge and friendliness. Mervin is such a character and his guininess shine through. I cant rate this business enough. Thank you also for Tom for your skills and being so effective.
Saw two motor homes that I was interested in on website, drove 25 miles to go and see them, got there to be told “oh all of what’s online is sold” then was pressurised to say what I am looking for even after I had just told him the two vehicles I was interested in as he “knew someone just down the road that could get all sorts of motor homes ranging from £45000 upwards”. To be honest the site itself is not maintained at all, the pushy and boarder line demanding approach of the owner is not what I call professional. I would not go back nor would I feel comfortable or reassured of the vehicle I was getting from this outfit. Would have given no stars if I could.
First time I've dealt with BLV and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great team of knowledgeable and helpful people who acted with honesty and integrity to make the whole transaction flawless. Thank you guys.
Not too bad a place but like the other reviewer has said, CHECK EVERYTHING before you leave. I had flat tyre in my first week, when I went to the under floor storage to get the inflation device out the storage boxes were full of old takeaway wrappers and no inflation device or spare wheel was present on the vehicle.
Good quality motorhomes and great to deal with. The owner, Mervyn, is very helpful without being too pushy and Jason, his service engineer, is a really good man who will go the extra mile to help. First class experience and highly recommend.
Nice enough people to deal with but a lot of problems with the Motorhome only discovered when i got home. Check absolutely everything works as expected when you are there - test the water supply & waste, boiler & electrics/gas to all appliances.
Friendly, knowledgeable and friendly service from an exceptional family-run, motorhome business. I have dealt with BLV for years and would not hesitate to recommend them for all your motorhome needs. If you're looking for a second-hand van, you'll also go along way to beat them on price.
The people could not be more helpful. We have had our motorhome for 2 years now but still they go out of their way to help and advise on any matters. I can not recommend them highly enough.
Great selection of motor homes, well presented, staff very knowledgeable and friendly, sales backed up with full service and bodywork department
