We have just sold our investment property and Britton’s Solicitors were superb. James our conveyancer kept us  informed all the way through and the whole process was managed very professionally. We are very happy.

We have just sold and purchased our family home through Brittons Solicitors and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Stacey and her team have been brilliant from start to finish and have taken away all the stress of moving home. They were always in regular contact with us and always on hand to answer any questions we had. I can honestly say it has been a positive experience and we will continue to use Brittons in the future.

We were making a concessionary purchase on our family home a month before the stamp duty deadline. I approached a few companies and just wanted to know the process and if they could complete the relatively simple transaction in the 4 weeks we had, but i was left largely with zero information zero guarantees and just an order form for their services with the fees. After a while of getting stressed out, a friend recommended Stacey at Brittons and on the initial phone call Stacey explained what needed to happen and how long it would take, all but guaranteeing that it would be done before the deadline. All emails were answered the same day or within 12 hours and no calls were left unanswered or not responded to. The deal went through relatively smoothly and the rates were a good bit cheaper than at other local firms. I would recommend using Brittons and Stacey Kemp there who did a good job for us on our house purchase.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Britton’s solicitors for the sale of our property and respective on-going purchase. In particular Stacey who provided a first-class service and was extremely helpful and guided us through a difficult sale. We would also like to say thank you to Gina who provide great support in the process. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Stacey and Karen were really helpful and worked exceptionally hard to get a very complicated house sale and purchase through. It took over a year, but we were grateful to know they were on our side the entire time.

Stacey Kemp was fantastic. She was easily contactable and supported well through the house selling/buying process. If we move again Brittons and Stacey Kemp will be our first call.
