Hands down the best! Lovely and accommodating hotel staffs. Room was incredibly neat and comfortable. Breakfast came with vegetarian option and variety of menu choices which we were absolutely satisfied with. Dined at the restaurant — luxury atmosphere and I’d say, 5 star plating and service. Well done! Would definitely come back.

Customer service is one of the best experience when Kim from the reception have helped me to secure my booking over the phone. She was very professional dealing with your query with honesty. She offered me for dinner reservation at their restaurant but I told her we will come back to her because my grandchildren was very sleepy. The restaurant was fully booked and the manager did not disappoint us to give us a table. The food was very delicious, seafoods platter, lasagna for me and my wife are well crafted by the Chef and really they served very generous portion to make you satisfied. My grandchildren liked the food and kept repeating yummy. The hotel is 4 stars cleaned, smell nice and the room was absolutely beautiful. I will recommend this hotel to my friend and definitely I will come back again

We had a really good stay here. Kim on Reception was so helpful and ensured we were comfy in our room and was generally very helpful. The breakfast was really tasty and made with high-quality local produce. I would say one of the best we have had. We would definitely return and will be recommending you. Thank you. Rooms: Very comfy bed. Lovely shower and has everything you need for a home from home stay. Food & drinks: Excellent cooked breakfast. Very tasty and generous portions.

Went there for a birthday meal with my partner. Booked in on the Saturday for the evening and they managed to squeeze us in. We where met with friendly front of house staff. The staff where vey helpful and where happy to answer any questions we had. Food was fantastic. Both of us had the vegan Mushroom, Garlic and Sausage risotto. Food service was nice and fast as well. Not usually the type of place id go for. There was a slight lack of atmosphere but this could be sorted with some light music in the background. But overall a great experience and i would absolutely go back again!

The staff here have been superb. Can't do enough for you and very friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The food is great and the beer garden is big, with lots of seating and a few bits for kids to do. They do functions here so can be a bit loud til 11, but you are pe warned in advance and are strict on the times. Didn't bother us as we were going to a function.

We had a joint birthday party meal with 28 family and friends. The service was impeccable and food enjoyed by all. Staff very helpful and friendly at all times. Absolutely no complaints and considering there was another party group outside, we were all very impressed with the service.Service: 5/5

I’m local to the pub and me and my hubby decided to go down and have a meal in the restaurant. I have to say the food was really lovely, the restaurant staff very eager to please and very friendly. My only complaint is that the ladies toilet really needed attention dirty and stinky during the evening but then just before we left I needed to go to the ladies toilet 11.15pm only to find the lights had been turned off. I mentioned it to the bar staff and asked if there was a light switch somewhere who thought it was funny and just laughed. Not impressed and really let the rest down

Had a fabulous lunch. Food was absolutely delicious and the service was first class. The restaurant is very comfortable with big tables and comfy chairs. Decorated very tastefully. Will definitely be going back.

We had a lovely meal. Food was served quickly and was very nice. I had fish n chips, this wasn't greasy and was a good sized portion. Staff were attentive, friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommendService: 5/5

Very friendly helpful staff and absolutely AMAZING cheesy chips. I know it sounds crazy but we had them as a little bar snack and the layers of cheese went all the way to the bottom - 10/10. Didn't stay but they let us park in the carpark over night.Rooms: 5/5
