Just had a tirade of abuse from a blond manager in the shop for trying to return an item of clothing. I didn't have a receipt and was verbally abused for trying to return something. I said forget it was still being abused as I was leaving the shop. I also had a bag of clothes to donate. Gave them to the PDSA who were very pleased . Buy goods here at your peril. Absolutly appaling woman with no customer service skills or manners. will never shop there again. Would rate no stars but this is not possible.
The blonde manager is so unpleasant! I only asked if I could donate some items and her response was so blunt and rude. Safe to say I went to a different charity and they were very grateful! - so disappointed
well there is a guy that works here and i have to say his manors are fantastic and he is so polite and helpfull i beleave his name is gary but i think ypu should give him a massive pay rose from stephen because he does a fab job
Booted out the door regularly before 5pm, the blonde manager isn't very nice. Best to go earlier and when she isn't there.
Horrible place me and my sister with my son and daughter went their and my daughter had a toy microwave on her from the last charity shop and both women their was hoovering over us and watching are every move like we was stealing and continued to do it even after my sister explained we brought it from The last shop and had a receipt
