On behalf of a friend.... Seems these job centre volunteers aren't vetted for entering anyones home! July 2017 Dundee bhf were asked to attend a womans address to collect numerous items that she wished to donate..... During the collection she had asked one of the volunteers to carry a box downstairs in her home which contained a jewellery box on the top of the said box..... after the volunteers had left she noticed the jewellery box was missing. Immediately phoned her daughter who contacted bhf instantly as her mother was in a terrible state. However had no luck on the phone and told it " was her word against there's" which seems very odd without any investigation. So they both drove to the branch and confronted the manager and she would check the storage and get back to them. At that point the guy volunteer walked in and her mother said that she had asked him to carry the box downstairs for her and he denied any knowledge of the box or being asked. There was irreplaceable jewellery within that box which contained 2 engagement rings, brooches, bracelets etc.....now gone forever thanks to bhf volunteers
